With our Coordination Package we include all the support you’ll need not only on on your wedding day, but the last several weeks leading up to it.
We love to support our couples who are determined to plan their own event and our desire with our coordination package is to ensure their vision is executed seamlessly and that the transition of details is a smooth one.

We not only offer coordination of your rehearsal and on your wedding day, but also the 60 days prior to your event! The end of the planning process can quickly become overwhelming and we want to take on the role of management so you can be at ease just being the happy couple and ENJOY it!
With our streamline client dashboard, we make organizing all your decisions and vendor’s information simplistic. Displaying the planning progress is encouraging to our clients and provides assurance you’ve done a fabulous job. It also makes it a simple process to lead couples through reviewing the aspects of their event in just a few quick meetings to iron out any minor tweaks.
At the time of booking, we will send a thorough list of recommended vendors from every vendor category you may need. It will contain who we LOVE to work with and have full confidence will make an impeccable dream team as well as a few specific vendors we feel best fit your vision.
One of our favorite aspects of working events is not only our lovely couples, but working alongside other passionate vendors and highlighting each other’s talents while making such a monumental moment for a couple special.
We believe sixty days gives us plenty of time to clearly communicate with you and all of your vendors ensure any minor changes can be made, all details are refined and polished, all to provide our couples a peace of mind.
Weeks in advance of your event, we contact your vendors to verify they have all they need to achieve executing your vision on schedule and setup is a smooth process. We not only do this by improving any proposals needing adjustments, but also by reviewing and altering your timeline.
We want your wedding day from beginning of the bridal party getting ready, setup of decor, ceremony, unique special moments during the reception, until the end of the night to have a smooth schedule that feel effortless. When you look back on your special day, we don’t want to feel like it was a blur or you felt rushed the whole day. We want you to savor every moment full of joy!
Our three person team of coordinators on the wedding day consist of our Lead Planner, Production Manager, and Assistant Coordinator. Each of us are available on site to oversee all final details. Having previously communicated clearly your timeline with your vendors, everyone is able to start the day as a united dream team managed by In All Things Events.
Having our attentive team members, you can rest assure that all is and will be taken care of throughout the day. If there happens to be any issues, our coordinators are prepared to remedy situations without causing any additional stress. With our prior preparations, things typically don’t come up, however we know things happen and how important it is to be flexible and quickly finding the best solution in the moment. We also make it our priority to anticipate what our clients need before they ask.
