Hiring Victoria at In All Things Events was without a doubt the best decision we made for our wedding. We found her just 60 days before the big day, at a point when we were stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly starting to panic. From the very first call, she made us feel calm, cared for, and confident that everything was going to come together.

Victoria immediately took charge in the best way. She connected with all of our vendors, created a clear plan, and introduced us to her planning platform that was a total lifesaver. As a very visual person, this tool made the process so much easier to follow and completely took the guesswork out of what needed to be done. It was like all the chaos suddenly became manageable.

But beyond the logistics, it was Victoria’s presence that truly made the difference. She has this amazing ability to stay calm, organized, and reassuring no matter what’s going on. Anytime I felt anxious or overwhelmed, she had an answer, a solution, or simply the kind of steady reassurance that put me at ease. I can’t thank her enough for jumping in the way she did, navigating every hurdle so gracefully, and making sure that we were happy and cared for above all else.

On the wedding weekend itself, she was absolutely incredible. Every single detail was handled, every vendor was exactly where they needed to be, and the entire day ran seamlessly because of her. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. She gave us the gift of being fully present with our family and friends, soaking in the joy of the day instead of stressing about the logistics.

Looking back, I can’t imagine our wedding without her! She went above and beyond in every single way, and we are so grateful. Victoria isn’t just an amazing planner, she’s someone who genuinely cares about her couples and makes them feel supported every step of the way. If you’re lucky enough to have her as part of your wedding, you will be in the very best hands!!

Romantic Country Charm Summer Wedding at Wrens Roost

Hiring Victoria was the best thing my husband and I ever did for our wedding at Wrens Roost 6/27/25. We used her for the 60 day coordination package and she was THE BEST. She did EVERYTHING we needed that day, from the large stuff like setting up photo booths, tables, etc. to the little stuff, like checking in on us throughout the night, making sure we were well fed/moving us along throughout the night. Victoria coordinated everything with all our vendors (and boy we had a lot!) with ease. I was so stressed and panicking the last few months of planning, and she made it clear we could email her at anytime for anything. If we needed to clear something up with a vendor? She would handle it. Needed advice on family drama? She was there! I am so eternally grateful for Victoria and because of her, we had the wedding of our dreams. I seriously couldn’t recommend her enough. I will always be grateful for her and her team!

First things first – if you are getting married, I highly recommend hiring a planner! Not just someone to help things run smooth the day of, but someone who is with you for the whole journey AND the day of.

I booked Victoria fairly early in my planning process because I knew I needed someone to help guide me and motivate me along the way, and someone I could trust to make sure the day that we would plan for so long and invest so much in to would run as smooth and perfect as possible.

We had kind of an unique vision for our wedding (ceremony off site and cocktail style reception) and as someone who struggles to let go of control, when they day came around, it all came together so perfectly from the logistics, to the way the In All Things Events team decorated the venue — it was perfection.

Victoria was willing to meet up at both our ceremony and reception locations more than once to do walk-throughs and answer any questions and ease any sort of anxieties I was having.

In All Things Events also offers their couples access to a wedding planning software that was so useful for keeping track of design inspo, guest list, vendors, budgeting, and more. This is in itself was worth booking this vendor.

Every other one of my vendors when talking with them leading up to the wedding mentioned how professional and great to work with that Victoria was.

Thank you so very much for bringing our vision to life and allowing me to truly feel cool as a cucumber the day of our wedding (which for someone with a ton of anxiety is HUGE).

How do you properly thank someone for making the greatest day of your life perfect. I mean, PERFECT. Victoria took my crazy music festival wedding plans and made sure they all became a reality in exactly the way I wanted. Every detail thought of, every piece of décor laid out how I imagined, every vendor working in perfect unison without a single bump in the day, or at least not a bump I or anyone else in the day know of because Victoria and her team were in complete control. The month leading up to the wedding everyone you know reaches out and says “are you stressed, what do you need help with?” I never stressed, I never scrambled, I didn’t really need anyone’s help because I felt that much trust in ‘In All Things Events’ that they had it all worked out for me. We went into the wedding weekend just having the time of our lives without a care in the world and that’s really how it should be right?? If you’re thinking about getting a wedding planner/coordinator this is your sign to DO IT, worth every penny and more! And it should be Victoria and her team – they’re the best out there! We made a last minute decision to hire a wedding planner after realizing how much was involved, we are forever grateful it was Victoria we chose for this important decision. Proper planning takes detail, experience, and knowledge in the industry, all of which Victoria has! One of the things we appreciated the most was her checking in on us just to make sure emotionally and mentally we were doing well, planning consumes you and it can be exhausting, she acknowledges that and is thoughtful in her conversations with you by always saying the right things. We also appreciated that when we needed help, she would gladly take over by reaching out to inquire to vendors without hesitation! Carlo and I said ‘we want a wedding that makes us feel like in Peru’, and Victoria said ‘Yes, let’s do it!’. From the beginning, she was always receptive and open to new ideas we brought up throughout the planning process. At the same time, she was a fantastic help in guiding us through the whole logistics and regulations that we were not familiar with at all. What is more, Victoria recommended the most wonderful vendors that made our vision into reality.

Our wedding day was filled with tons of joy, positive vibes, and unlimited energy. Victoria and her team were not the exceptions to this! And in addition, they coordinated and helped mount tables, flowers, fabrics, pompoms, everything… all with so much dedication, as they would have done it for a loved one. A Perfect Christmas Wedding Planned In Three Months

“When Mark and I got engaged in late August, we decided that we didn’t want to wait long to get married. With Christmas around the corner, we thought it would be the perfect time to have our family come together to celebrate. Tori was there from the beginning. As soon as we had the day picked, she sent me a timeline that helped me immensely with the time crunch that we were in. Tori helped pick and design the invitations, including calculated when they should be mailed. She found local dress shops and helped me to narrow down the style of dress that I was looking for before we set out that day. I found the perfect dress in one day with her by my side! Tori sent me a list of venues and themes ideas that would have taken me hours and many headaches. We went shopping together for decorations and flowers for the reception and bouquets. She kept me on task so that there was nothing that was forgotten, and no detail was left behind. Even when I was in tears thinking there was no way we could pull it off, Tori was there encouraging me and holding my hand through all the planning. Even my bachelorette party was just what I needed and designed so that I had a break from all the rushing around that happens with only a few days before the wedding. Right up until the night before, Tori assisted with designing and assembling the bouquets and boutonnieres and pitched in to finish all final touches at the venue. In the end, we had a perfect wedding. She was there through it all. Walking me through the day, making sure I had all I needed and that it was truly one of the best days of my life. I don’t know what I would have done without her!”
