It’s as if having a great friend who listens yet tells you the truth. We offer the perspective as both a bride & as a planner to share our experience & expertise.
How Does This Process Work?
You may wonder “If I’m still participating in planning my wedding, how does having a planner help me?”
Our Partial Planning begins immediately once you book our services & this is what you can expect your experience to look like.
You’ll have the opportunity to lean on our consultation throughout your planning by email & up to 10 meetings with our lead planner.
•Vendor connection & client led management•
We will share a list of recommended vendors (photographer, venue, catering, cake, etc.) based off of your needs, vision, budget, and priorities at the time of booking with several other planning templates. Then you will have the confidence when reaching out to vendors & deciding which is best for you. We will as look over final details & contracts before finalizing to guarantee their agreements will cover all yours needs.
In the end, our recommendations are just guidelines, you’re still in full control & all final decision are yours. Sixty days before your wedding we will contact each of your confirmed vendors to go over the timeline & any their agreed services. This will also give us the opportunity to iron out any details or minor changes that need attention.
•Concept & Design•
Together we will go over your vision’s inspiration, come up with a design concept & advice you how to best accomplish the perfect day!
•Management•
We will be there to organize every detail giving you full access of your decisions & a peace of mind through a client folder documenting all your progress of planning your wedding. It will include your design inspiration, layout, recommended vendors, budget, guest list, seating chart, and final design. It will also have up coming meeting & dead-line calendar, timeline of the day, budget, & vendor decisions so you don’t have to stress over misplacing anything. With everything in one place, it will display how much has been accomplished & the next steps to getting you to your destination.
Once Your Big Day Arrives
•Coordination•
So you are confident that your wedding is in trusted hands and all will go smoothly, I will be there with you for rehearsal of the ceremony to guide you throughout your wedding, from beginning of getting ready to the end of the night. Your wedding is such a special moment for the two of you and it is my main priority that it is your best day ever.
•Overseeing all & final details•
Execution will be approved personally by me to ensure that all is to the highest standard. I will also hire trusted staff to assist me the day of to ensure the flow of the day all goes according to plan. We will provide all the vendors with a detailed day of timeline & insist on keeping to the schedule so everyone is doing their jobs to their best at the appointed time.
