Megan & Frank’s love for live music and dancing was the inspiration for their music festival-themed wedding. They knew they wanted to celebrate in a BIG way, so incorporating some of their favorite memories of concerts they’ve enjoyed together was the perfect way to embody their personalities and passions. Rosella (Coachella + Rosario) was such a exciting and laid back atmosphere! We LOVED the vision and went above and beyond to ensure their unique wedding was THE event of a lifetime!

The bride hired us to ensure their wedding day experience was stress free and full of FUN, so that’s exactly what we did! In a short time frame, we provided the bride a streamline planning process, saving her time and energy. We worked together to bring her dream wedding to life. We took all that she had planned, organized her thoughts within our client dashboard, ironed out every detail, communicated with her vendors to guarantee we were all on the same page, and created a seamless wedding day timeline as well as designed layouts and her guest’s seating chart for her vendors and decor.

M&F’s wedding was absolutely stunning. The aesthetic was bright and festive with a touch of retro. Shimmering mirror balls and warm pops of pinks and oranges created the perfect blend of whimsical and modern when decorating the gorgeous Wren’s Roost Wedding & Event Barn venue. Pistil & Pollen did an incredible job creating the most dreamy centerpieces and arbor arrangements that I have ever seen! The delicate clovers, vibrant dahlias, and breathtaking reflexed roses, among many other beautiful flowers, created soft and elegant focal points throughout the reception. Vinyl records with music festival names on them as table numbers at reception.
The night was full of fun and excitement! When scheduling the details of the day, we understood how important it was considering the bride and groom’s priorities. They wanted to be free of all stress and celebrate to the fullest, enjoying all the unique festivities. We wanted our couple to soak in every detail of every moment without being rushed to the next thing. We accomplished this with our seamless timeline and vendor communication.
Branding the vision, creating a cohesive event
All the little details really brought the music festival-theme to life in a classy way. The bride had an amazing idea to replace the “traditional wedding favors” with a merchandise table. From cocktail cups, napkins, stationery, hats, drink koozies, and bags, creating a custom logo made for awesome memorabilia.
The bride and groom chose having a first look to optimize their timeline schedule. This then gave them the opportunity to take bridal party photos as well as family portraits before other guests arrived instead of taking group photos post ceremony. That way they could spend their cocktail hour mingling with their guests, enjoying the fabulous food & drinks provided by Partyman Catering, the lively music, having their portrait painted by a live water color artist, and of course taking a few photos with the Alpacas of Lazy Alpacas. No one wanted to miss out on that!
As the night went on, the live band, The Uptown Groove, had four different styles and setups, elevating each portion of the day. They were talented, entertaining, and great to work with. All of the vendors truly were a dream team and a joy to work with!
I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful couple. I’m so grateful that Megan & Frank chose us to coordinate their wedding and trusted us to execute their plans for their special day!
