Both the bride & groom are originally from Peru where their love story began. However, they are now living & working as doctors here in Rochester. Their desire was to combine what they love most from the two places they call home with their loved ones.
Their vision was to have a beautiful garden wedding surrounded by the Finger Lakes’ gorgeous natural beauty. They incorporated vibrant colors and festive fabrics reflecting their rich Peruvian culture. Choosing the Morgan Samuel’s Inn secretly tucked away in Canandaigua made for the perfect setting for their outdoor wedding vision. With C+N’s family and friends coming from so far to visit, they were all able to stay in the Inn together the whole weekend which was included in the venue rental. The property has endless options for photography locations and for guests to enjoy themselves. From the historical brick and cobblestone Inn, the golden fields, the whimsical trees, to the intimate and colorful gardens cared for by the venue’s owner Liza herself.

Unique details just for them
Every couple is unique and their wedding day should reflect them. We incorporate unique details and provide creative solutions.
With most of their friends and family were coming from Peru to join them for their celebration, so we suggested they chose someone special in their life to officiate the wedding. That way they could share an intimate message to the couple and their guests not only in English, but also in Spanish! To accomplish this, we provided them with the information and steps towards becoming ordained in New York.
We also extended the necessity of understanding and clear communication with their bridal party and family by recommending to them a bilingual DJ, bartender, and photographer. It was wonderful to have each of these vendors throughout the day to assist us with the language barrier and overall helping us connecting with them on a more personal level to not only serve our couple to the best of our ability, but their loved ones as well.
Every moment made special
We want to ensure to our clients that the things that are important to them are also just as important to us. We accomplished many specific requests made by the couple by creating a detailed timeline for both them & their vendors. We worked with our fellow vendors to ensure they were given all they needed to give our client a luxury wedding experience. To provide them with the perfect wedding day, our coordinating team’s priority was that the bride and groom wouldn’t have a single worry or need that wasn’t already being taken care of, that no detail was forgotten, & that they would be able to fully enjoy one another and to celebrate with their guests.
To start off the cocktail hour, the bride & groom wanted to incorporate a special Peruvian toast called Pisco Sour. This drink is made in a very specific way and is enjoyed fully fresh. Keilla with Perfect Pour went above and beyond to research and practice how to prepare this delicate drink to our client’s satisfaction. We determined how much time her bartending team needed to prepare enough drinks for the toast and allotted them with enough time to distribute everyone their drinks to ensure the timeline of events was seamless.
“I was just about to ask you for that!”
Midway through the reception the bride & groom took the dance floor and surprised all their guests by preforming the Marinera. It is a traditional Peruvian dance full of passion. We helped ensure the flow of the reception was smooth with all the special moments they wanted to include. We created for them a seamless timeline that allowed them to enjoy every moment without being rushed. With this clear timeline our team was able to anticipate what our couple needed next. N+C wanted to be able to pass out the beautiful favors that were made and brought from Peru to all their guests as soon as they finished dancing. Our team was ready with them. It’s one of the best feelings for our clients to say “Oh, I was just going to ask you for that, thank you!” We pride ourselves in the luxury and excellent experience we provide to our couples.
